Every piece is made to order.

Maison Veyra works with a print-on-demand production partner, meaning each item is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. This allows us to maintain quality control and eliminate excess inventory — but it does mean your order takes a little longer than a warehouse-shipped product.

Production time: 3–7 business days
Shipping time: 5–10 business days (US) / 10–20 business days (International)
Total estimated delivery: 8–17 business days from order date

Expedited shipping is not currently available.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at supportvelorasolutions.store@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
