Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free from odors, stains, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at supportvelorasolutions.store@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• Your reason for returning

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us at supportvelorasolutions.store@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate an exchange based on current availability.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
